A Human Dignity Perspective: Exploring The Implementation Of Corporate Social Responsibility

God has created man in His own image. Every man has the sublime dignity so they become the centre point in business activities. This research aimed to explore the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in human dignity perspective. This research used qualitative method. Human dignity principle, from social doctrine of the church, as an analysis instrument. In human dignity perspective, respect becomes the CSR basic value. CSR is an attitude of respect from a company to all stakeholders, both inside and outside the company.
