摘要
The gearbox is the core component of the automobile transmission system. Analyzing and ensuring its assembly quality is an important part of the automobile production process. Order analysis method is an effective method to study the vibration of rotating machinery, and its analysis process is not affected by the change of rotating speed of the object. Aiming at the fault diagnosis of automobile gearbox, the use of order analysis method and its realization as well as the principle of equal-angle sampling was introduced. The order analysis of the fault gearbox was performed in the analyzing system. The result proves that the order analysis is feasible and effective for gearbox diagnosis.
