摘要
After serious underground mine accident occurred, the process and reason of accidents can be vividly and visually represented by 3D visualization and virtual reality technology. It can not only simplify complexity of accident description, but also save the process of accidents, which may be reconstructed in safety training to improve training effect. However, it is difficult to be shown clearly and visually with 2D mine maps and language. Vega and VC++. softwares are applied for exploiting major accident simulation virtual reality system in coal mines. At the same time, a case study on major gas explosion accident by virtual reality technology is employed for safety training in a certain coal mine. The result indicates that serious accidents simulation virtual reality system in coal mine can enrich technology measures and enhance safety training effect, so it will become a fresh technical support tool for safety training.
