Research on knowledge management in the supply chain of construction enterprise

Knowledge resource integration is the crucial integration content in the supply chain of construction enterprise. So it is very necessary to strengthen and implement knowledge management, but traditional management of supply chain ignored this. The paper mainly researched knowledge management in the supply chain of construction enterprise systematically from four aspects; including the classification of knowledge, the mechanism of knowledge spreading, the construction of knowledge management portal and the knowledge integration in the whole supply chain. The two innovations of this paper are that it constructs the model of knowledge diffusing and spreading and the model of knowledge integration based on internet in the supply chain of construction enterprise on the basis of consulting relevant documents.
