摘要
University is like a "small community", which also has a wide area, population, and a variety of complex cross activity occurs on campus, has a direct and indirect effect on the environment. The environmental pollution and degradation caused by universities in education, research, life, generated during the operation of the energy and material consumption, as well as the situation surrounding communities and also with the university and social change and development are closely related, and propose a regulation to control tool for the development of the university and the community is imperative. Similarly, the university is also a quality public utility, public policy guided by the state, to make the public get substantive met from this public good "consumption" service, must effectively regulate and balance the knowledge of education and economic value, which is also plays a role in both directions for the construction and evaluation of green campus. The construction of green campus guided in public policy development; green campus in the evaluation process of its construction will undoubtedly need to measure their contribution to society. Therefore, this paper proposes a framework for connotation, through the integration of two strategies: humanities sustainability, ecologically sustainability, to compensate for the limitations to achieve sustainable development of the campus and the current environmental management practices defects and limitations for the future research directions and evaluation system perspective for reference.
