Design and study on pneumatic magneto-rheological damper

摘要
A MRD form which using in pneumatic system is introduced in the paper. The damp has better work performance and the controllable than the traditional pneumatic damp. It helps the pneumatic transmission control system to reach the criterion of stability and precision. According the specification of the pneumatic transmission and control system, the MR damp is designed in divided structure with flowing mode. This paper firstly shows the structure and working principle of the damp. Secondly mathematic models of the MRD are deduced. The models show that static and dynamic characters of the damp depend on its structure and relational parameters, work state, and nature of the MIZE And from the results of simulating and experiment, we can find the effects on the performance of the damp and the relation of which. Finally, the optimized structure parameters and the match relation are given.
