摘要：

With the development of modem technology, it is becoming an important problem for enterprises to refresh their equipments. Financial lease, as an innovation of modem finance with advantages of flexibility and convenience, becomes an important method for modem enterprises to invest. So how to select the length of lease contract is becoming an issue that faces enterprises. In this paper, we give a simple model on how to select the optimal length of lease contract, and deduce the relationships between the length and model parameters.
