It is known that ethics establishes the general frameworks of action, involving the dimensions of responsibility while professional ethics is born at the junction of the ethical practices of a human community and the requirements imposed by the manifestation of professionalism in communication and public relations. The establishment of codes of conduct contributes to strengthening ethics in practical public relations activities. The complexity of relationships and interrelationships in today's world imperatively calls for the establishment of codes of ethics, ethics committees or auditing, ethical education and even the imposition of specific techniques in this domain by creating an organizational moral culture. In this context the role of ethical codes is to blame unethical behavior and reward ethical acts that follow a clear ethical line.
