This research investigates the structural modeling and stability analysis of a scaffold system used as temporary support in high-clearance building construction. A geometric non-linear/material linear analysis is adopted in the structural analysis. This paper examines the experimental test results of a two-story scaffold system with and without wooden shores. The assumptions of the structural modeling examined include the sleeve joint, jack base, deformed shape, and initial imperfection of the system. The effect of shores added to the top of the scaffold system is investigated.
