摘要:
The commentary introduces six research articles collected for the special issue on "progressing understanding of online customer engagement: recent trends and challenges". These six research articles discuss the current use and future applications of online customer engagement and also propose fruitful future research avenues for scholars to further strengthen the footings of this pivotal concept in the marketing literature.
