摘要
We demonstrate for the first time that metallic carbide nanoparticles with a strong localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) effect could be used as SERS substrates to detect trace substances. They achieve a noble metal-comparable enhancement factor of 6.4 x 10(7).
