摘要：

Purpose The present study investigates the affection of some specific caring measures on the depression and anxiety of the stroke patients' spouses. Methods The present study chooses 160 stroke patients' spouse as subjects. Then random sampling is used to divide the subjects into control group and intervention group. The intervention group received nursing intervention. Results before the intervention, the difference of SAS and SDS between two groups are not significant (P>0.05). However, after the intervention, there is statistically significant defference between the two group (P<0.05). Conclusion The situation of anxiety and depression of the spouses are improved by giving the nursing intervention.
