摘要：
Old age is a state in life and aging is a process that happens throughout the life cycle. Both old age and human aging are multidisciplinary objects of knowledge in the sense in which the human individual is a bio-psycho-social one. For this reason, the aging individual is a subject of psychological knowledge. The article analyzes the use of Positive Psychology as a resource in the care of the elderly.
