摘要
The aim of the research described in this paper is to solve the problem of automation control of mechatronic system prototype for the production of specially designed wired profiles wedge shaped. Given the complexity of the system, which consists of several interconnected functional units, as well as the technical conditions that require high preciseness in manufacturing of final products, it is necessary to define a control system as a closed loop system with sequential control. Therefore, it is envisaged that this mechatronic system can be managed with PLC. In this purpose Automation Studio software is being used, which allows to design and simulate the work of automation control system, as well as to make the project documentation.
