摘要：

A highly efficient Bronsted acid catalyzed enantioselective Nazarov cyclization-bromination reaction has been developed. The protocol gives access to highly functionalized trans-4,5-substituted 5-bromocyclopentenone derivatives in good yields and with excellent enantioselectivities.
