摘要
Apply It! The health benefits of resistance training clearly suggest that resistance training is vital for overall health and should be included in the design of training programs for youth, adults, and older persons. The concept of an individualized resistance training program for all persons indicates that current exercise guidelines provide scientific direction to practitioners, but true optimal success will only be achieved through individualized assessment and consideration of a person's health status and goals.
