摘要：

With literature review, experiment, questionnaire, statistics and logic analysis, etc, based on the present research, the article points out that it is very hard for college students to learn the practical skills of attack and defense, and the present wushu class teaching cannot meet their need. Through teaching experiment and practice which highlight the combative nature of wushu, it is shown that this highlighting can better cultivate students' innovative ability, competitive awareness and cooperative consciousness, increase their interest and improve their attitude in wushu learning, as well as strengthen their speed and strength.
