摘要
Four known sesquiterpenols (beta -eudesmol, hinesol, elemol, alpha -bisabolol) were isolated from the MeOH extract of the dried rhizomes of Atractylodes lancea. These compounds, moderately (IC50,10(-4)-10(-5)M) inhibited the in vitro binding of [H-3]arginine vasopressin and [H-3] angiotensin II to kidney membrane receptors. The MeOH extracts of Atractylodes plants rhizomes varied in antagonistic activity, which correlated with the variation of beta -eudesmol and hinesol.
