Empirical Study on the Impact of FDI on China's Employment

In the past 30 years, FDI had great positive effect on the entire economy and trade in China. And then, how about does its effect on employment? In this paper the author focused on the effect of relationship between FDI and China's employment. Firstly the literature review was offered in the paper and secondly the author came up with the statement about the relationship between FDI and China's total employment using the latest data. And then, the author draws conclusions that FDI has positive effect on China's total employment. However, the level of affection is less than the other two explanatory variables such as real Domestic Product and real average wage. And finally, the suggestions and policies were introduced within the paper.
