摘要
The clotheshorse forming machine typically was designed to reduce labor intensity and enhance production automation level. The machine's structure and working principle were described. There are seven mechanism subsystems in this equipment: feeding subsystem, straightening subsystem, driving subsystem, determining length subsystem, cutting subsystem, forming subsystem and blanking system, they combined together make a pipeline production process. In the same time, the machine control system that adopts the PLC programmable controller can simplify the control system, and its reliability strengthens further. Practices show that the strapping machine has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency, low cost and small vibrating noise.
