With the continuous development of the social economy and the employment situation more severe, many college students in the employment environment of tough situations, have to choose their own team to conduct entrepreneurial activities, this choice not only solve the problem of employment of university students, while also continuing to create a more jobs for the further development of the social economy to create more opportunities. Then the students start the process, how to invest? How to evaluate them? How to build evaluation system do? This article will be further discussion and study.
