摘要：

China is in transition, there are many risks during the process of Chinese public sports stadiums' privatization due to the imperfect institution and legal system, as well as the internal contradictions of profit-driven privatization, public sports facilities' publicity and public welfare. These risks include the new monopoly of public sports stadiums privatization, the complicity of the government and enterprises, the role conflict between citizens and customers. The existence of these risks have impeded the privatization of public sports stadiums, and distorted the purpose of Chinese public sports stadiums' privatization.
