摘要
A series of NaP zeolite samples with different morphologies were synthesized via a facile template-free hydrothermal route with careful tuning of the synthetic conditions. All the samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, chemical element analysis, Al-27 MAS NMR, infrared spectroscopy, TG-DSC and N-2 adsorption-desorption techniques. Influences of synthetic parameters were investigated systematically to achieve high quality pure NaP zeolite phases with various morphologies, such as diamond-like, cactus-like, and wool ball-like ones. In this study, it is further confirmed that the SiO2/Al2O3 ratio played an important role in the morphology control. In addition, the surface areas of NaP zeolite samples with various morphologies had considerable difference. Moreover, this morphology and surface area control approach might be further extended to the synthesis of other zeolite materials. (C) 2012 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
