摘要
This review is based on the literature describing several methods for the synthesis of gallium oxide nanoparticles. Several techniques have been used for the synthesis of gallium oxide Ga2O3 nanoparticles. Gallium oxide Ga2O3 nanoparticles have been synthesized from different precursors. Different synthetic methods and different precursors produce nanoparticles which vary in size and shape. Over a dozen of synthetic methods for preparation of gallium oxide Ga2O3 nanoparticles together with the characterization techniques used have been discussed. (C) 2009 King Saud University.
