摘要
Biological Modeling and Simulation is not only one of the basic core courses for the major of Biomedical Engineering, but an important content of medicine, biology and other related majors as well. In the teaching reform on Biological Modeling and Simulation, we not only revised the content of the textbook (theoretical knowledge), but also strengthened the proportion of students' autonomic learning from the former 12 class hours to 22 class hours, and the grade of autonomic learning takes up 20% of the final grade. The aim of teaching reform is to establish student centered teaching mode, cultivate student's innovation and practical ability to solve problems in modeling and simulation in biological system via a variety of teaching methods.
