摘要
A compact system for 65,536-paralell measurements of phase-resolved radio frequency (RF) electric fields was implemented and successfully demonstrated to be applicable to real-time visual observations of RF-waves propagating in planer circuits of up to 20 GHz. The high degree of parallelism was achieved by a newly applied complementary metal oxide semiconductor image sensor featured for in-pixel differential photodetection, which is combined with a two-dimensionally coherent frequency down-conversion process in an electrooptic sensor plate and has been confirmed to lead to RF field images of higher definition.
