摘要：

The stereochemistry of some new 2,2,5,5-tetrasubstituted 1,3-dioxane derivatives was investigated. Peculiar cases of prostereoisomerism and the NMR spectroscopic identification of pro-R, pro-S, pro-cis, and pro-trans groups are reported for these achiral flipping compounds.
