THE PROFESSIONAL ETHICS OF EXPERT

The present article is devoted to professional ethics, code of ethics and the notion of ethics in expert's activity. There should be an Expert's Code of Ethics, like in other professions, which would assist members of this professional group in navigation and making decisions in the field of ethics. In most professions, that are performed on the basis of specific legislation (such professions as commercial lawyers, executors, doctors, notaries, etc.) there is a professional association that brings together individual members and also ensures compliance with the Code of Ethics. Expert's Code of Ethics has not been received by some expert association or union. Aim of this article was refer on this fact and table a scheme of Expert's Code of Ethics for professional community.
