摘要
A new metal-organic framework (MOF), [Zn-3(4,4'-ADB)(3)(BIB)(2)](n) (1) has been synthesized based on mixed bridging ligands BIB and 4,4'-ADB (BIB = 1,4-bis(2-methyl-imidazol-1-yl) butane, 4,4'-ADB = azobenzene-4,4'-dicarboxylica acid). This MOF is a 3D structure with trinuclear zinc(II) clusters as SBU. The trinuclear zinc (II) clusters of line style feature zincs in two tetrahedral and one octahedral coordination environments. The MOF exhibits a 3-fold interpenetrated framework with 3(6).4(18).5(3).6 topology, which reduces the effective void but stabilizes the compound. (c) 2011 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
