Foliar contents of macro and micronutrients of micropropagated seedlings of pineapple Gold in the acclimatization phase with different NPK levels

摘要
The experiment was carried out in the Centro de Ciencias Agrarias of the Universidade Federal do Espirito Santo, located in Alegre county, Brazil. The objective of this work was to evaluate the variation in foliar contents of macro and micronutrients of micropropagated seedlings of pineapple (Ananas comosus L.) Merrill cv. Gold, in the phase of pre-acclimatation, submitted to different levels of fertilization NPK, in the greenhouse conditions. This cultivar is part of the pineapples germoplasm collection of Incaper (Instituto Capixaba de Pesquisa, Assistencia Tecnica e Extensao Rural) which presents desirable agronomic characteristics. The fertilization reference for vases (ARV) was constituted of. 0.30 g N; 0.20 g P and 0.15 g K for each kg of substratum. The experiment was set up in a completely randomized design with 5 treatments (0; 50; 100; 150 and 200% of the ARV) and 6 repetitions. The foliar content of the nutrients was evaluated with 180 days after the transplanting of the seedlings. The increase of the ARV causes reduction of foliar contents of K, Mg, Ca, Cu, Fe and B and increase of P, Zn and Mn, not affecting the contents of N and S. Even though these variations occur, the foliar contents of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, B and Mn are within the suitable level. As for the contents of Zn, Fe and Cu, the values are below the adjusted levels, being considered, low, average and very low, respectively.
