摘要
The investigations of tumour damage in vivo due to photodynamic therapy (PDT) using aluminium sulphophthalocyanine were performed. Obtained results showed that antitumour action of PDT is connected with different mechanisms of tumour damage: necrosis, apoptosis, and exochromatolis of tumour cells as well as vascular damages (thrombosis, destruction of vascular walls).
