摘要
Copper indium disulfide nanoparticles with a grain size between 17 nm and 20 nm were obtained by simple solvothermal technique in a first step. This nanopowder was deposited, in the second step, onto glass substrates at different temperatures using rf-magnetron sputtering technique. The structural, compositional and morphological properties of the sputtered films were investigated. The quantitative composition of the obtained CuInS2 powder and films are very close to the stoichiometry of CuInS2. The obtained films with a thickness of about 0.6 mu m were polycrystalline textured, preferentially oriented in the (112) crystallographic direction and it was found to be enhanced by increasing temperature substrate. The obtained films are promising for photovoltaic applications, particularly as an absorber layers in solar cells.
