摘要
Most of our understanding of biological processes and structures takes place through various optical microscopic systems. This paper gives a brief overview of the recent developments of super-resolution microscopy. Finally it depicts how Super-resolution Fluorescence Microscopy can widely be used us u tool for cell to provide detailed biological information, which remained unobserved previously.
