摘要
The meteorological data profiles are used in various strategic applications including Military Ballistics, Weather Forecasting, Boundary Layer Research and Climate Studies. The recorded data are acquired, stored and analysed using the Application Software. In this paper a unique application software is developed in a powerful graphic LabVIEW environment, which allows the users to conveniently build several graphical displays in data, text and chart formats. LabVIEW makes it convenient for the Application Software to acquire the data, filter it for noise and condition it to account for various meteorological or other phenomenon that can affect the instant values of the parameters before archiving the data in a file updated every second with a new dataset. The Application Software also derives several other atmospheric parameters like dew point, virtual temperature, mixing ratio, saturated vapor pressure and air density.
