摘要：
This paper puts forward a method to realize Audio and Video real-time collection, playback and its cooperative work. It introduces how to use the function provided by the low-level audio service to realize the audio real-time collection and playback, how to use the function provided by video for windows to realize the video real-time capture and display and also how to realize their real-time transmission in detail.
