Glucidolipid diet and cardiovascular diseases. The role of diet in the development of cardiovascular pathologies has long been suspected. Current knowledge allows us to better distinguish the impact of the different macronutrients and other components of the diet. Fats and carbohydrates have a major influence on this risk.
