摘要
A new laser range finder using optical feedback interferometry has been developed. Our purpose is to design a high-accuracy sensor for short distances, the principle being based on the use of a Mach-Zender interferometer to control the chirp of the laser diode. Experimentally, a distance to the target of 10 cm with an accuracy of+/-50 mum has been determined.
