摘要
A novel poly(amido amine)/poly(Nile blue) (PAMAM/PNB)-modified electrode was fabricated by adopting electro-deposition and electro-polymerization method, and the obtained electrode used to sense various biological and clinical substrates of L-dopa, paracetamol, dopamine, gallic acid, butyl hydroxyanisole, ascorbic acid, uric acid, L-tryptophan, vanillin, and riboflavin. The surface and structural morphology of the electrode was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and Raman spectroscopy. The electrocatalytic activity of the electrode was observed by cyclic voltammetry (CV) studies using 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution (PBS, pH 7) at a scan rate of 50 mVs(-1), and the results indicate the excellent electrocatalytic activity of the newly fabricated electrode against oxidation and reduction reactions of biological analytes. In addition, the modified electrode is revealed to have good stability and reproducibility, and hence it has potential application as a sensor for the determination of various biologically significant compounds in the near future.
