摘要
The investigation of rapid-quenched ribbons is carried out using x-ray diffraction analysis. As revealed, the ribbon of Ti40.85Zr26.35Fe22.0Al10.80 composition is in the roentgenoamorphous state, and the ribbon of Ti54.76Zr19.16Fe26.08 composition is in amorphous-crystalline state. According to data of x-ray microspectral analysis, the ribbons of Ti-Zr-Fe(Al) system made by the ultrarapid quenching (without elements, which promote amorphicity) are characterized by homogeneous distribution of alloying elements. In the cast state, Ti54.76Zr19.16Fe26.08 alloy has both the dendritic structure of the primary phase and the eutectic phase.
