摘要
Traditional keyword-based web retrieval system only gets a low accuracy due to neglect of the semantic information contained in the resource. From the field of artificial intelligence and knowledge engineering, ontology technique works well with natural language and it can improve the traditional way for information retrieval. This paper describes the underlying semantic search technology and ontology technology. We innovatively construct a semantic reasoning algorithm and a web semantic retrieval framework based on expert system. At last we use simulation experiment to prove rationality and good performance of this method.
