Family governance and development of private enterprises: an analysis based on the creation of cooperative surplus

Since the reform and opening, private enterprises of our country have got a rapid development, and have did a great contribution to the continual development of national economy. However, with the continual expansions of private enterprises' scale and the gradual 'progresses of their production technology, the traditional family governance is becoming the shackle that hinders, private enterprises to develop further, and is hindering to create cooperative surplus. The thesis analyses the ultimate goal of corporate governance; then, based on, this, analyses the influence of family governance on the developments of private enterprises; and discusses the efficiency of enterprise governance based on the cooperative surplus creation; at the end of paper, puts forward own opinions and advices to the transition of private enterprise governance pattern.
