In the central nervous system, 40 % of all lipomas develop in the anterior third of the corpus callosum. In 48 % of the cases, there is partial agenesia of the corpus callosum. In 50 % of the cases. there is no clinical expression. In cases with epilepsy, surgery has no effect on seizures and is difficult due to the arterial relations.
