摘要
A numerical study is performed for the oscillating flow and heat transfer in porous media using the lattice Boltzmann method (LBM), which is a new method of computational fluid dynamics. In this paper, the structure of regenerator's packing is assumed as many cylinders with regular arrangements. The oscillatory flow in the channel is driven by a periodic pressure wave. Through the numerical simulation, the parameters including pressure, velocity and temperature variations are presented. There are some little vortexes at the back area of solid cylinder. The moving working gas show the clear zero velocity profile in the flow channel. The thermal diffusivity ratio between solid and fluid have great influence on heat transfer.
