摘要
The effect of process input is not considered in the process capability analysis for quality control and improvement. The distribution type of the effect from process input and variance transmission of process are analyzed in different process variation models by building the linear and exponential process variation transmission models. The numeral relations among the variance of process input, the variance of effect from process input and the coefficient of exponential process variation transmission models are given trough the simulations. The conclusion is that the effect on output from process input in different transmission models is very different and the relation between input and output should be considered in process capability analysis.
