摘要
The development of SPIN-UP (strategic programs for innovations in undergraduate physics) projects by the National Task Force on Undergraduate Physics is discussed. The introductory courses in the programs are taught in the traditional format i.e. lectures, laboratory exercise and recitation sessions. The National Task Force on Undergraduate physics is committed to the improvement of undergraduate physics, which plays a crucial role in educating the next generation of scientists and engineers, the next generation of K-12 teachers.
