摘要
With the continuous progress of social and economic development and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, sports are becoming more and more important to people. However, the severe and long-term continuous haze weather has brought many adverse effects on the sports crowd. In this paper, taking China's M haze city as an example, the cardiopulmonary experiment was used to construct the physical health index parameters of outdoor sports in the haze environment, and the influence of haze environment weather on outdoor sports crowd is quantitatively analyzed. In addition, the PM2.5 test was used to analyze the concentration of pollutants in indoor sports public places and outdoor environments. The results of the study show that there are significant differences in various indicators of cardiopulmonary function and myocardial function in outdoor sports under air pollution. The air pollution in the haze environment had a negative impact on the cardiopulmonary function of the test group. As the haze in the air increases, it has a negative impact on outdoor sports, that is, the maximum oxygen uptake decreases, the heart rate increases, and people are likely to cause irregular heartbeats and lung infections. Under haze pollution, the change of infection characteristics with age is the same as that under mild pollution, and the infection rate of males is slightly lower than that of females. Indoor PM2.5 mass volume concentration is lower than outdoor. But as the outdoor PM2.5 mass volume concentration increases, the indoor PM2.5 mass volume concentration also increases, and there is a positive correlation between them. Therefore, in severe weather with haze pollution, urban residents should stop arranging outdoor sports, reduce the amount of indoor exercise, and do some indoor exercises that do not increase breathing.
