With the development of the society, the field of public management and the importance of service is increasingly valued, Governments at all levels are discussing from different angles and levels. This paper provide the principles of the reform of social management and public service of social intermediate organizations from the perspective of theory and practice according to the special historical situation of liuzhou City.
