摘要
With the introduction of the dual-carbon goal, a large number of new energy power generation connected to the grid, exacerbating the risk of power oscillation. Fast and accurate location of forced oscillation source is the key to suppress power system forced oscillation. In order to improve the accuracy and anti-noise ability of forced oscillation source location based on dissipation energy flow, this paper proposes a forced oscillation source location method based on complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise(CEEMDAN). This method first conducts CEEMDAN on the measurement of the generator, decom-poses the measurement into the intrinsic mode function (IMF) components with different oscillation modes, and extracts the IMF components representing the forced oscillation mode from many IMFs according to the IMF energy weight. On this basis, the calculation method of dissipation energy flow based on CEEMDAN is given, and the accurate location of forced oscillation source is re-alized according to the calculated dissipation energy flow. Finally, the proposed method is applied to the simulation data of WECC-179 bus test system for analy-sis and verification, and the relevant results verify the accuracy and robustness of the proposed method.
