摘要：
Knowledge has become the most important resource and a source of sustainable competitive advantage. From the aspects of contact points and differences between knowledge management and information management, this article points out the importance of knowledge management. Then it discusses on how to implement knowledge management to improve the management level and capacity in the enterprises.
