A new double flux model is associated with the recent MUSCL-AUSM(+)-triad approach. This coupling allows to do rapid, accurate and stable numerical computations. I-D and 2-D inert and reactive flows are presented. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
